Crepes

ham and cheese

METHOD

Heat the crepes in the oven or microwave for about one minute. Then put a slice of cooked ham and a slice of cheese on half the crepes and close it.
Put the filled crepes back into the pan for a minute to melt the cheese and then sprinkle a handful of grated Parmesan cheese on top.

  • EMMENTAL OR FONTINA CHEESE
  • GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
