Crepes

with homemade hazelnut cream

METHOD

o make the crepes with homemade hazelnut cream, we start with the spreadable cream.
Toast the hazelnuts in a non-stick pan and then blend them. Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie. As soon as the chocolate is completely melted, add it to the milk, previously heated. As a last step, add the chocolate and milk mixture with the chopped hazelnuts and mix well.
Let the cream cool and in the meantime heat the crepes in the oven or microwave for about a minute. Spread the cream on the crepes still warm and close. Finally, sprinkle with superfine sugar.

  • 50G HAZELNUT
  • 80G DDARK CHOCOLATE
  • 30ML MILK
  • SUPERFINE SUGAR
