Farmer’s sandwich

METHOD

The brezel is a typical bread perfect to accompany sausages or sliced ham. We propose it as an excellent simple and tasty sandwich. We start by defrosting the pretzels at room temperature or in the oven for about 3 minutes. Cut them horizontally and stuff them with a few slices of bacon and cheese. Then put them in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese. Taste everything with a nice pitcher of beer.
