At Alpeker we have carefully studied local recipes and adapted them to current demands, sourcing only the best ingredients to make our products stand out. Fresh, crispy and fragrant bread is the king of food, found in various forms in any gastronomic culture. Soft pretzels are a typical variation found in South Tyrol, ideal as a snack alongside cold cut meats and cheese, or on its own as a quick nibble.

When creating our appetizing desserts, we decided to focus on those authentic flavours that can typically be found in alpine huts. Just imagine, after a long hike in the mountains, to be welcomed with a tasty slice of handmade pie or cake. Knödels (German name) or Canederli (in Italian) are one of the typical products of the South Tyrolean cuisine. Our Knödels are 100% made in South Tyrol, produced in a breath-taking location within the Tre Cime (Three Peaks) di Lavaredo National park in the Dolomites.
