|Knödels (German name) or Canederli (in Italian) are one of the typical products of the South Tyrolean cuisine. Our Knödels are 100% made in South Tyrol, produced in a breath-taking location within the Tre Cime (Three Peaks) di Lavaredo National park in the Dolomites.
