Chicken pops
with mayonnaise homemade

METHOD
To prepare the mayonnaise, put the yolks in a bowl at ambient temperature, add a few drops of lemon juice and start whipping them with an electric whisk. Pour the oil flush, taking care to incorporate it well by pouring it in several times. Once the half of oil has been incorporated, add the lemon juice and again the flush oil several times. Once the mayonnaise is ready and whipped add the salt, pepper and vinegar and stir again for a few seconds.
Serve the Chicken Pops with a cup of this mayonnaise next to them, a really great combination!
