Octopus salad

with potatoes and olives

METHOD

Start by defrosting the octopus. Since it is already cooked, all you need to do is put it in hot water for a few minutes and then drain it.
In the meantime cook the potatoes without skin in boiling water for about 30-40 minutes. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and cut them into cubes. Put the defrosted octopus in a salad bowl and dress them with oil, salt, chopped parsley and olives. Serve them all accompanied by some lemon slices.
