with potato puree
Start by peel the potatoes and place them in boiling water for 30-40 minutes. Drain the potatoes and mash them in a pan, then add the butter, and a pinch of salt and nutmeg. Cook over low heat. In the meantime, Heat the milk and pour it into the potato mixture as soon as it is hot. Stir until smooth.
While letting the puree cool down and cook the lentil balls, use the method you prefer (oven, frying pan or microwave) and once cooked plate them with the puree still warm.
